How to read 10-trial results
“Wins out of 10” is what the engine calculated for your inputs. It can differ from real in-game win rates.
One trial is 10 percentage points
The lab calculates 10 trials at a time, so a single trial changes the win rate by 10 percentage points. Rather than deciding which deck is better from a small gap like 7 wins (70%) versus 8 (80%), first check that both calculations used the same conditions. Magazine examples calculated with 20 trials are older records; current calculations use 10.
A calculated result is not a real win rate
Even with the same conditions, luck such as critical hits makes results move a little between runs. The range on screen shows only that movement. It does not include gaps between the engine and the game, errors in guessing the opponent’s stats, or behavior we have not confirmed yet.
See why you lost in the replay
One replay shows who fell first, when Bursts were used and how much HP was left. But one match does not represent all 10. To compare with a real match, match the lineup and stats first.
