The same five Nikkes can play differently by position
When you record a lineup, write down the P1–P5 positions along with the names.
Positions change results too
P1 → P5 in the lab is exactly the order you entered. Even with the same five Nikkes, a different order can change who gets hit first and who Bursts first. When recording a lineup, note names, positions and attack/defense role together.
Try swapping just two positions
Keep the Nikkes and stats the same and swap only two positions; this makes it easy to see the difference caused by position. Anis: Star in article 08 is a good example. Not every position rule has been checked for every combination, though.
Each mode has a different number of rounds
Rookie has 1 round, Special 3 and Champion 5. In Special and Champion, decks on the same side cannot share a Nikke. Champion calculates each of the five matchups 10 times, and the “3 or more wins” chance assumes the matchups do not affect each other. When time runs out the defending side wins, so check that you chose the attack/defense role correctly.
