Experiment design / GUIDE 01
Compare decks with the same conditions
To know what changed the result, change only one thing at a time.
Change just one thing at a time
If you change Nikkes, positions, levels, gear and cubes all at once, you cannot tell why the result changed. Save your current deck as the baseline, change only the one thing you are curious about, and calculate again.
Leave the opposing deck as it is
When you compare versions of your own deck, do not touch the opposing input. If the opponent changes too, you cannot tell whether the result came from your deck or theirs. If you do not know the opponent’s stats exactly, note them as “estimated.” Combat power alone does not tell you their gear.
Check the values actually used
After the calculation, “View submitted deck” shows the values that actually went into it. If you edited the screen while it was calculating, check here whether your edit was included.
